Booking (a part of) your holiday to Indonesia or requesting a travel plan is a very easy process with Indotracks. Just send us an email to info@indotracks.nl with the following information:
- your contact details (name, adress)
- the composition of your travel party (number of people, children in what age)
- your international flight schedule (if you have booked it already)
- the tour programs that you are interested in and the date that you are planning to start the program
- any questions, ideas and remarks that can help us putting together a suitable and interesting individual travel plan for you
Within 3 working days, we will answer your email with a first travel plan, or alternatively with some more questions in case some things are not yet clear enough for us.
After we have thoroughly discussed your travel plan and you have agreed with our proposal, Indotracks will send you an invoice for a 20% down payment of the total amount. At the same time, we will process all arrangements and make all the bookings. In case it turns out that we have to make some adjustments to your itinerary, for example when a hotel is fully booked or a domestic flight turns out to be more expensive, we will contact you at the latest 14 days from the invoice date, in order to discuss alternatives.
Left-over payment will be 6 weeks before the start of your tour. You will receive all travel documents and last minute info after the left-over payment has been received.
For invoices totaling less than 1000,- euro, we will charge a booking fee of 50,- euro per invoice. For invoices totaling more than 1000,- euro, we will not charge a booking fee or any other costs.
