The most reliable and best quality domestic airline in Indonesia is Garuda Indonesia. This airline has a vast domestic network of flights and international standard service. If you are using Garuda Indonesia as your international carrier to Indonesia, domestic tickets can be incorporated in this ticket for a favorable rate, on condition that the domestic tickets are booked together with the international ticket.
Besides Garuda Indonesia, there are several domestic low cost carriers, like Lion Air/Wings Air, Indonesia Air Asia, Citilink, etc. These airlines offer less facilities and less service (notorious for delays!) but can sometimes be a lot cheaper than Garuda Indonesia.
Please keep in mind: The European Union keeps a list of airlines that are banned from operating within the borders of the European Union (see European Union). All Indonesian airlines are banned within the EU, EXCEPT FOR Garuda Indonesia and Indonesia Air Asia.
